Where are you located?

The Creative Native gallery studio production facility and office is located at 9160 Estate Thomas, Unit 650 and 651, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands 00802

What are your hours of operations?

Tuesday - Friday 10 AM EST - 5 PM EST

Saturday 10 AM EST - 2 PM EST

Gallery studio appointments can be made outside of our normal hours of operations.

How do I speak to a company representative?

You can email us at ama@thecreativenative.art. All emails will be answered within 48 hours of their receipt.

Where can I see the art in person?

You can view our art at our studio gallery in St. Thomas.

Why are pieces named in non-standard English?

In the shop, the title of many pieces is written in the English Creole spoken in St. Thomas with English translations for convenience and accessibility. Naming the pieces in the language of the people honors the culture and traditions of the people from the islands and Caribbean region.


CRAFTMANSHIP

What is Special Edition?

Special Edition means the artist has created a unique, framed, storyboard of multiple pieces of wall art, called a wall cluster, that is only available in store. If ordering online, a final quote will be provided after shipping options from the St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands are discussed with the client.


Where are the art pieces produced?

All work is proudly made in the Virgin Islands of the United States or with our print lab affiliate on the United States mainland.


Are other sizes available?

Custom sizes are available for all our print editions. For more information, please contact us via email or visit our Contact Us page to speak live with the artist.

Can I frame my artwork?

Absolutely! We have a number of handcrafted framing options available.   Visit our Contact Us page for inquiries.

Do you sell unframed artwork?

Is the artwork signed?

Yes, all wall art pieces are signed.

Do you sell poster prints?

No, we do not.

PURCHASING ONLINE

How do I place an order?

Add the products you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart or Buy It Now button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click Checkout from within your cart and follow the instructions.

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No. You can order and checkout as a guest without creating an account. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You must provide your email address during the ordering process. Order confirmation will be sent after the order is placed. You will be sent an order shipped notification with a tracking number, when your order is shipped.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept  PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. 

When will my credit card be billed? 

Your credit card or payment service will be billed at the time of order. 

Do you have a return policy? 

Retail Products

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with The Creative Native retail purchase, you may return it (you are responsible for applicable return shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt and receive store credit for a future purchase. * Retail Products include: Acrylic Blocks, Coaters, Magnets, and Mini Canvas Gallery Wrap Panoramas

Special Editions and Wall Art 

Special Editions and Wall Fine Art are custom-made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

Do you sell Gift Cards? 

Not currently. We can however have a custom Gift Certificate created for you. For assistance completing your Gift Certificate, you may contact us via email by simply visiting our Contact Us page

Where can I see the artwork prior to purchasing online? 

You can view the work at The Creative Native Studio Gallery located on St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands 

Do I need to pay tax?

No taxes will be charged

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by the size of the order and the destination. Available shipping options and associated costs are displayed in your cart during checkout. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we ship to the US Mainland, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

Can I ship to multiple addresses? 

At this time, we only ship to one address per order. To send to a separate address, you must make separate orders. 

Is my artwork insured during transit?

The Creative Native, LLC ensures full coverage for all shipments. We will replace or repair any damages that occur during transit from our production facility to the destination address listed on your order. We cannot insure shipments once they have been transported from the original delivery destination. 

What happens if my package arrives damaged? 

Retail Products 

Our packaging has been designed to help minimize the potential for damage or breakage, but we can’t control what happens during transit. If your Retail Products package arrives damaged or broken, please contact us! We will happily replace it, but we’ll need a picture of the damage. Requests must be received within 10 days of delivery, and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review. You may send your request to rma@the creativenative.art. If your request is approved, we will pay for the cost of shipping the new product to you.

Special Edition and Wall Fine Art 

If this package shows signs of damage, it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery. Instead ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged. Please keep the original packaging, including the box and foam corners. Submit at least 4-6 digital photographs of the box and any damage to the art to rma@thecreativenative.art if possible. A request for repair or replacement will only be honored if submitted within 7 days of delivery. If there is a preferred method of reaching you or a certain time of day that is more convenient for you. Please include that information in the body of the email. 

A representative of The Creative Native,LLC* gallery will contact you within 2 business days with further instructions. It is our full intention to handle your repair or replacement as soon as possible. 

Neither The Creative Native, LLC nor any affiliated carrier is responsible for damage incurred during hanging or during any secondary transportation after initial delivery. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that each piece be carefully inspected upon receipt. 

Can you ship to a PO box? 

No, we cannot.

When will my order arrive?

FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail 

(Retail Product Shipments)

Packages typically takes 5-7 business days. This shipment will also be sent with a signature required. If you would like the signature waived, we will need acknowledgment in writing (email) stating that you understand that The Creative Native, LLC will not be held liable for any theft or loss of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time or appointment.

Can I exchange my Special Edition or Wall Fine Art artwork for a different photograph? 

Each Creative Native Special Edition and Wall Fine Art is custom produced to order. As such, we are unable to change your artwork once the order is placed.
