Located on Kongens Gade (King Street), this gracious building is in the heart of historic Charlotte Amalie and a heartbeat away from the trading district. Built between 1865 and 1867, it was designated the official residence of the Governor in the Virgin Islands of the United States Organic Act. In the mid 1990’s it was converted to offices for the Governor’s administrative staff.
